There are no visitor services at Golden Shores
Golden Shores does have several mom & pop restaurants and fueling services.
Golden Shores is a delightful little town with less than 3,000 residents nestled against the Colorado River. The community attracts all kinds of visitors to its mild climate during the winter. Boats can be launched from the Golden Shores Marina, and there are great off-road paths thru the wide open desert terrain for nature lovers.
Golden Shores was not born during the heyday of Route 66, and actually owes its development to the proximity of the Colorado River. During the heat of June thru August, Golden Shores becomes a sleepy little community.
